Elemental Support Tea Blend

Elemental Support Cleansing Tea: This is a very rooty, earthy-tasting tea with a slight bitterness and a soft mint end. The combination of roots and herbs makes this tea unique in helping one support the body while eliminating toxins. We have dried and finely ground the roots to help in the brewing infusion.

Ingredients: Organic dandelion root and leaf, organic burdock root, organic yellow dock root, organic nettle, organic horsetail, organic spearmint, organic yarrow.

Time Honoured Uses: The herbs in this blend aid in cleansing and eliminating unwanted toxins, sluggish digestion, liver and kidneys. They are also known to assist in helping clear skin problems, such as acne and eczema. These herbs were used to cleanse, balance and strengthen one’s internal vitality.

Brewing time: One teaspoon to a cup of boiling water. Let infuse for 13 to 20 minutes. Alternatively, three teaspoons to six cups of water added to a pot and simmer on the stove until very hot and dark in colour. Do not boil. Drink 3 to 4 cups a day.
